Oysters

Are you a raw oyster kind of person? I am but my friend is not, lol. Raw oysters are a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals. A medium raw oyster like the one pictured contains 4-5 grams of lean protein, viamin B12, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids. They are also a good source of iron and vitamin E. I’ll take a dozen please.
